		<description>Gerald Ford and Nelson Rocafeller are a perfect example of how the wealthy try to attach a &quot;name&quot; to a political platform.  Not sure I agree with Ford&#039;s choice to pardon Nixon, that wasn&#039;t exactly setting the right example in one of his first actions as President.</description>

Watergate and the pardon, the oil shock and a bad recession, a bad ending in Vietnam, and of course that tumble down the airplane&#039;s stairs.  Only all these years later is he looked upon as a figure who tried to promote a nation&#039;s healing.</description>
